# Introduction

**UDiTH** is an easy-to-use tool that brings digital twins of your models, such as chemical plants, ships, offshore platforms, and buildings, to any device running Windows, iOS, Android, or a web browser.
The digital twin can be used both online and offline. In **UDiTH**, you can link internal and external specifications, manuals, isometrics, and other documentation to your 3D model, helping you stay up to date with the status of individual components.

## Technology

-   Based on the Unity game engine and available for Windows, iOS, and Android
-   Supports streaming and local storage

## Prerequisites

To use **UDiTH**, you need one of the following:

-   Windows
-   Android
-   iOS
-   A web browser

> If the model is used in streaming format, a large amount of data may be transferred. On mobile devices, the model size may be limited by the available memory.

### Windows
- OS: Windows 10 or later
- RAM: 8 GB or more
- Graphics: On-board graphics, dedicated graphics card with 4 GB recommended

### iOS
- OS: iOS 18 (recommended iOS 26)
- RAM: 4 GB (recommended 16 GB)

### Android
- OS: Android 13 (Android 16 recommended)
- RAM: 8 GB (12 GB recommended)

(usage may be restricted by the device manufacturer)

### Web Browser

Any up-to-date web browser is compatible.

## Supported Formats

**UDiTH** uses input files created by **UDiTH Builder**. Please refer to the **[UDiTH Builder](https://help.caxperts.com/UDiTH%20Capture%20Station/Builder)** manual for a full list of supported 2D and 3D input formats.
